BARK Return Policy

Not only do we want our customers to be completely satisfied with our products, we want to exceed your expectations. If you are not happy with the product you ordered, we will allow returns if your product meets these expectations:
-Returned within 30 days of purchase date
-Unwashed and unworn
-Must be in new resalable condition

Customers will be refunded for the price of the item only, excluding shipping charges.
It may take up to 8-10 business days for the credit to appear back on your card. 

If you are exchanging an item, you will not be charged for another shipping charge.

This return policy excludes any boards and board bags. Since those products are on custom basis those are on an item by item basis that need to be discussed with Joe Bark.
